Nic brings 25+ years of industry experience to GRN. He has held various sales and marketing positions within the housewares and hardware industries and “knows” the business from both the company’s perspective as well as the candidate's view point. His expertise has been in the development of new business categories and new products within existing markets. Among his many accomplishments is the development of the most successful new product in a major housewares company’s history. This "been there, done that" background allows Nic to quickly identify winners who will move your organization forward. Nic is known for his integrity and ethics.

Outside of work, Nic enjoys spending time with his wife, Aimee, and their two children. He is a big sports fan and would love to see the Lombardi trophy return to Green Bay (never can have enough of those trophies!) and for the Chicago Cubs to win another World Series.
